DSP & FLS Councils Meeting

OADSP’s DSP and Frontline Supervisor Councils are prestigious bodies of leading professionals that serve an advisory role to OADSP’s Board of Directors and the OADSP team, and a supportive and representative role for their fellow DSPs.

Each Council meets monthly – either in person or virtually – to discuss issues affecting DSPs and Frontline Supervisors, respectively. Both groups formulate and offer recommendations to OADSP related to the execution of our mission, including improving service delivery and job satisfaction. Council members play a significant part in planning OADSP’s annual Summit and DSP Recognition Event, and in other regular programming. Each member serves a term of two (2) years.
