Council Members in 2022 DSPRE tees

OADSP’s DSP and Frontline Supervisor Councils are two separate groups made up of leading professionals that help keep OADSP’s Board of Directors and the OADSP team informed about the frontline experience. They act in supportive and representative roles for their fellow DSPs and Supervisors.

“It’s hard work, but it’s so rewarding, especially because we’re helping other DSPs.”

Each Council meets monthly – either in person or virtually – to discuss issues affecting DSPs and Frontline Supervisors, respectively. Both groups formulate and offer recommendations to OADSP related to the execution of our mission, including improving service delivery and job satisfaction.

“Getting to meet other people working in the field is fun, and I love to watch how they react to their first time at the Recognition Event!”
